Water PES will be maintained by condo management
Maintenance Fee – Estimated $60 per share
Kitchen cabinet will be glossy finish (as seen in the showflat)
Bathroom with bay window will have tiles laid at the top
Ceiling height is 2.9m (including Penthouse and PES units)
No choice of finishes/ colour scheme so flooring will be homogeneous tiles and bedroom, timber strips (as display in showflat)
Vanity top at master bedroom will be white instead of black that is displayed in the showflat
